JaxKarate.com and the Tensho Dojo, offers traditional Okinawan Karate Jutsu in Jacksonville, Florida in both private & small group settings. Because of our traditional roots, we have set a standard that separates us from most modern day martial arts schools.
The passion of our school, for our students, and our style makes all of us an extended family. The dojo and the students are tied together by the shared experience of hard work, forging disciplined spirits, and working together on their common goals. The dojo family isn’t tied together by a “business transaction” that so commonly defines the relationship between teacher and student (customer) in most schools today.
The students of our dojo know that their bonds are not legal and contractual – instead, they have a relationship build on the tenants of traditional martial arts: discipline, courage, honor, loyalty, and respect.
